Well, hello there!
I know, it’s been a while.
As I mentioned in my last post, I’ve been doing a lot of video work in my freelance creative career (check out www.andreabeca.work if you want to know what I do) and to be honest, I just haven’t been feeling the YouTube life lately. I’ve been focusing in on myself, my career, and my emotional and physical health, and I’ve been loving it. I’ve been working on lessening the unnecessary pressure I put on myself, which I am an expert at, so it’s taking time, but I’m feeling a lot of positive results.
Bottom line: Life is good and beautiful, astonishing and painful, humbling and rewarding, and I’m out here enjoying it. I’ll make YouTube videos again, I’m sure, but right now, my focus is elsewhere. I have a lot of creative projects starting up and coming out, and I am so excited and so grateful that I get to do what I do.
One of the big steps I took in my career recently was to upgrade my camera. Yesterday, I finally had the chance to take it out for a real spin, get acquainted with it, and shoot some incredible 4K footage. I put together a video just for fun:
Needless to say, I am smitten with this camera. And I am beyond thrilled to use it for all of my upcoming projects!
On that note, I’ve got lots of work to do! Stay well, peeps! Talk soon.
